Unconditional is a community. A community where everyone is welcome,  where everyone feels unconditionally accepted. We are here to provide a platform for people of all races, genders, ages, backgrounds to come together an have open conversation about topics that society has labeled as 'uncomfortable' . Namely internalized inferiority as a result of racism.

I started this company because I myself struggled with internalized racism. I limited myself and became a wall that blocked the path to my success, all because I believed that "I was not good enough", because "I'm black and won't make it anyway".

I only realized how I viewed myself after I was part of a powerful conversation about racism and how much we've normalised it. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to speak up and talk about my opinions and worries on the issue, but not everyone is provided with that platform, and that is what we're here for.
